Eight legged freaks are getting in to me :O
Weee!!! I just got two Tarantula spiderlings, it’s said to be an Orphnaecus Specie. It’s my first time to take care of spiders, so yeah, I am really excited and thrilled about it. Just to think these big, hairy, crawling 8-legged creatures are horrible, but no.. they are so adorable.
My new pets are sooooo small, they just had their first molt, and it takes time for them to grow. I think petting tarantulas would also be a test of patience. xD And what I really like about this hobby is it requires only a low maintenance. Perfect for a busy or lazy person. ^_^
Anyway, I’m looking forward on seeing them grow up, big and hairy, crawling on the top of my palm. wOot! that would be so exciting! And perhaps in the future, I’ll be looking for more species. Chilean Rose maybe ^^, I’ll stick with the easy to handle Ts first. ^^
Well, seeing quite a number of terrariums inside my room would be great! ^_^ And this hobby is quite addictive. xD

Our local Ts are underrated. But they are really beautiful. Actually, I wanna have a complete collection of our local Ts, if possible.

S. philippinus is the Philippine orange tarantula…
By the way, its good to know that a pretty lady has a penchant for beautiful creatures like tarantula, as well…
